We have so much fun at Log Craft! It was Jims 60th Birthday and of we had to have a party! (Jim it was Tyson, Nic and Brittney)

Fun on the Porch

Ethan

Ethan loves being outside it is so hard to get him in his car seat or in the house without a big fit. He also loves throwing balls, something Isaac wasn’t that into. It is fun to see how they have their own interests

Gardening

A month ago we went to Tyson’s moms house and built boxes to do gardening by the foot. It was a lot of fun, Tyson even made some smaller boxes so that we could try growing a garden on our porch.

Girl's Lunch

I am so glad that I get to spend time with my mom and sisters every once in a while. We went to Mimi’s Café and had a nice lunch a few weeks ago.

Fun at the Park

A few families in our neighborhood decided to go up the canyon to have dinner around the camp fire. It was a lot of fun!

I haven’t been keeping up on the blogging lately. This picture is proof, if you notice my friend Brittany is still pregnant. And what’s worse is this was a while before she had the baby!

Stetsons Blessing

I was trying to take a picture of Tyson and his brothers. It only took four pictures before they decided to go G.Q.

The lunch after was at Dugs parents house. I love their backyard, it is such a nice place to have a party. Someday I hope to have a backyard like that!

We went to Heber for the wedding of Jim’s son. Jim is the mischievous employee at Tyson’s work. If there’s trouble, Jim probably had something to do with it!
Once in a while, we go with the employees at Tyson’s work to some little cabins in Wyoming. Jim is the one that makes us all laugh until we cry! His wife Patty is a hoot as well. They were made for each other!
Jim lovingly calls all the people in the office “office rats”. He even went so far to make them name plates with rats engraved on them! Jims works out in the shop making the rail and staircases. So to get him back for all the things he has done to them Tyson and Brittany printed off signs that said “Office Rats Rule, Shop Skunks Drool”. They then decorated his truck. I went and took his picture and he was so embarrassed because he was wearing pink!

Happy Birthday Mom!!

It was mom’s birthday last month and we celebrated it at Rachel’s house. It was also her brother-in-laws birthday, so don’t think all the smoke was just from mom’s! It did take a long time to light all the candles!
I love you to pieces mom! Thanks for all you do for us!

Ethan The Mess

On this day I had made breakfast and left the butter out. I gave Ethan a bath and dressed him then went and bathed Isaac. When I was done with Isaac I realized I hadn’t seen Ethan in a while. He had found the butter and was having the time of his life! So much for giving him a bath!

F.H.E.

Family Home Evening at our house never seems to go as planned. The boy’s are so excited to see daddy it’s too hard to sit and listen to a lesson. In the end we give in to what Isaac wants to do. His new thing is building a house with daddy out of the couch cushions. I can’t figure out who is having more fun, the boy’s, or Daddy!

Birds

My dad’s hobby is raising finches. These ones were hand raised so they are really friendly. Isaac and Ethan thought they were so much fun to play with!

Cabbalas

One the way up to my dad’s house a few weeks ago (it has been a while since I blogged) we decided to stop at Cabbalas and see the fish being fed.
We missed the Mommy outing some of the moms did a week before because of a wedding, and I wanted to make it up to the kids.

Ethan loved all the interesting looking “doggies”. Anything with for legs is a doggie!

I put the kids on this four-wheeler and they loved it! When Tyson saw the pictures he loved it too. Now he thinks the kids need one. Maybe I should think before I do things like that!
The Lion King section (or Safari section) was a big hit. All the animals had the Lion King names. “Mommy look, it’s Simba”


I love this pictures with bears, they look so alive. Maybe it’s a good thing they’re not!

Wild Goose Chase!

When I was little, my parents would put all of us kids in the car and just drive around looking at things. We would ask them where we were going and they would say “ on a wild goose chase”. After a few of these adventures, we discovered how boring it was to go on a “wild goose chase” I never saw any wild geese . Let’s just say we HATED it, and I planned on never doing that to my kids!
The other day I took the kids up to Heber to meet Tyson and look at houses that are for sell, not that we are in the position to buy at the moment! The kids hated it! I think I need to apologize to them for taking them on a “wild goose chase”.

At one point, Ethan started laughing hysterically and I turned around to find Isaac taking pictures of him. I think he did a good job! Maybe will leave the kids at grandmas the next time we go on a “ wild goose chase”!

Clint and Melanie’s Wedding- Little Brown Eye’s Dancing to Old Blue Eye’s

Ethan is such a sweet boy. He loves to dance to everything, and he is so quiet and patient. He is definitely my shy boy! It is so funny to see the different personalities developing between my two boy’s! As you can see from the other pictures, Isaac is my ladies man!

I wish I had better video of Ethan dancing. At least it was a good shot of the line!

Clint and Melanie’s Wedding- Dancing!

I have more pictures of the wedding! Did I mention how much I love weddings! Tyson is Dancing with his mom. I am dancing with my brother-in-law Nathan in most of the pictures and Tyson’s step-dad Blaine in one. And of course my cute Ethan boy!

There were a lot of little kids at the wedding, and when the bride and groom had their first dance all of them danced except for Isaac and Becca. I tried to convince Isaac to go ask her to dance but he wanted nothing to do with her. After the song he started to play with her and they were together the rest of the night! Don’t they look like they are going to prom!!

Every time I turned around I found Isaac and Ethan with another plate of food, or convincing people to give them candy!!

They got away with a lot that night, I think it might have been because they looked so cute!!

Grandma Finch and I had fun holding Stetson. I haven’t held him a lot because we have been so sick lately.
I love this man! I think I could dance with him forever…..
But every time we tried to dance a kid ran away!! (notice Ethan on the run in the background!)

I was trying to get a good picture of Doug and Tasha, I would go to take the picture and Doug would make a funny face. Notice that Stetson gave up and fell asleep by the time I got a good picture!

Clint and Melanie’s Wedding- Handsome Men!

Clint, Tyson’s stepbrother, and Melanie got married last week and we took a ton of pictures. I had so much fun! I love going to weddings especially when there is dancing! I had to take a picture of my handsome men! There are some pictures with Jeremiah and Branson they are Tyson’s brothers.

Isaac loves Sushi!

Isaac was watching me make sushi after preschool, and informed me it was for him. I think there should be an age requirement on how old you have to be to steal sushi from your mom!!

Happy Birthday Owen!

Rachel’s youngest boy, Owen, turned one and had a birthday party last Saturday after the priesthood session. It is hard to believe he is so old! This is the first time my sister and I haven't had an infant or been pregnant in a long time!
