September 2011

We went out to eat at Indian Palace the last night we were with Nate, before he went into the MTC. The girls had a long day and fell asleep. Nate went to Eugene Oregon on his mission and is doing really well, we miss him a lot though!

Funny Uncle Nate! Tyson and Nate have a close relationship and the kids love to be around him!

Nate giving hugs, oh wait, don't give Lindsy one! Nate has this friend that is a girl (I would say girlfriend) that I never got to meet until he was going on his mission. I have now had the chance to hang out with her the past year and she is wonderful! I wish I had the chance to get to know her when Nate was here, that stinker brother hiding his friends from us. (I have know clue why he would do that!) We love you Elder Berg! Can't wait for you to get back!

August 2011

In August 2011 we had a Family Reunion type thing with Tyson's Grandma Finch and some of her kids, grand-kids and great-grand-kids. It was a lot of fun and nice to get pictures of Grandma with the kids. If you notice Alayna was not going to be helpful, we all got a good laugh out of her ability to squirm and Tyson's ability to hold on to both girls, such is life with twins!

I love Grandmas faces in these pictures, you can totally tell what she is thinking!

I love how much Grandma melts when Tyson is around, you can tell how much she loves him.

It was nice to see Tyson with Justin, they used to hang out all the time, but life has gotten crazy and it is a rare occasion now. They did have a lot of fun goofing off, maybe someone should remind them they are getting older and have kids!

The gang, Bran and JJ were around a lot when Tyson and I first met. They would tag along when we went up hunting at grandmas. When I met them they we these little guys, it is amazing to see how they ave grown!
I think this was the first time the girls really got to see Rocky, they were intrigued by this little thing that had taken Aunt Caitlyn away from them!

Grandma Evelyn had come up and brought my Dads twin brother Jerry. It was fun to finally be able to get some pictures of all the twins in the family and Grandma who started it all! In the pictures of the twins you have (left to right) Finley (Fin), Jerry, Alayna, Olivia, Garry (Dad) and Fredrick (Fritz). I think we should have made Dad and Jerry dress alike!

Grandma and her Utah Grandkids and Great-Grandkids. Yes, all of those kids came from just me and my sister!

A friend of mine got into a car accident with her family and ended up loosing her son. She got hurt really bad and so did her husband, Tyson and Branson were so nice and went the her house and built them a ramp to get inside.

Random happening! Alayna and Olivia found powder sugar and decided it was so wonderful they needed it all over themselves! Olivia wanted a diaper on her head, Bran decided to be stylish too. My little Olivia. Ethan helped me make fresh cheery pie.

Isaac started first grade! He had Ms Mumford and loved her!

Beautiful babies!

The girls love to climb on the table. I was stairs and it sounded like something was swinging and I realized it was the girls swinging from the chandelier! We always have hot air balloons over our house in the morning, we thought the Pepsi one was quite interesting!

July 2011

The forth of July at Aunt Rachel's. Allen and Jim did an amazing firework show and Brady had a huge DJ setup. It was the best show in town! Olivia and Ethan had the most fun with the little car!
In July, Rachel had her sixth little boy named Rocky. He is such a stink-en cute little man!
Alayna loving the dirt! Yes she even had to get down and taste it....I think more then once!
The family by the fire, this was our first night and the girls didn't last long, after such a long drive they were ready for bed. I wish they had slept wen we did finally get to bed, it was a long night!

Such cute kids!
Such big boys, they love camping and love the fire just like their Daddy! It is a lot of fun to see my little men having so much fun in nature!
Water balloon volleyball is a must! This crowed is a lot of fun to watch!
Camping Babies! Do you notice the bare feet?! When we go camping we do it redneck stile, I think we found shoes everywhere but on the little feet!
Feeding time! The port-a-crib was the only way to get them to stay in the same place long enough to eat or give us a rest from chasing them. Ya, they didn't like being in there!
Olivia was a fan of the dirt, but not as much as Alayna. She was okay having people hold and snuggle her.
In July we went to the Island of Kawi in Hawaii with some of my family. It was a lot of fun and such a beautiful island, it was funny to see all of the wild chickens that are on the island, but it does make for some interesting discussions on why the chicken crosses the road!
One of the main roads has this beautiful tree tunnel that was so pretty and fun to drive through.
We went up the NaPali  Coast, it was beautiful and a lot of fun to see.
Our guides were a lot of fun and took us in a lot of caves.
We also stopped by Puka Dowgs...twice! It was so yummy and I wish we had one here!
Some of the best entertainment happens while standing in line!
We of course had to find a beach that no one was on. I think there was a reason no one was on this one, the riptide was so hard you would be taken off your feet just sticking your big toe in the water! We had a lot of fun anyway, we even got to see a big sea lion laying on the beach.

Thankful Day 1

I wanted to go over some things I am so grateful for this month in preparation for Thanksgiving!
I am so grateful for my wonderful husband, I have love being married to this man! He is such a hard worker and wonderful father. This past week he took his test to get his stamp to become a Professional Engineer! It has been a long time coming, and I am so glad it is over. Now we just have to wait for the results to come back in a few months, ugh!
A week before his test he was able to go hunting and shoot a nice three point deer. I am glad he is such a good hunter and can teach my children this skill.
Tyson is working at Roof Top Anchor and Park Engineering. I am grateful for all his skills and example of hard work.
I love you Honey!

June 2011

It finally started to warm up in June and it was so pretty outside! We have a stray cat in the neighborhood that I love because she is always catching mice. One day a dog had chased her up a tree and the boys spent a long time trying to get her to come down. It was cute how much they wanted to save her! I finally went out and helped them get her with a long pipe. I really think she was stuck after being up there so long!
Nathan received his mission call to Eugene Organ! I can't believe he is gone for two years!
On my birthday Tyson took me to the Temple and to Olive Garden. I haven't been to Olive Garden in a long time and was very impressed! Jeanette was wonderful and watched the kids, she also helped them make me cookies!
We had a ward water party in June, It was a lot of fun! At the end after almost everyone went home Jeanette and I decided to get crazy and have a race down the water tunnel thing. I guess word got out about my craziness, because people were teasing me about it the next day!

May 2011

 Having fun!
Daddy went out of town this week. Jeanette brought over a box spring mattress for us to store for her, and Isaac thought he could help her bring it inside. I herd the wind pickup right as he went outside and herd him hit the pavement under the mattress. We joke that the mattress won the fight!
Some days bedtime is my favorite time of day! This day was one of them!!

spending Sunday afternoon outside in the sun! I love our backyard!
I love the views on my drive to get Isaac from school, in the spring all the fields were covered in daises!
Ethan learned to ride his bick in the spring, I think Isaac was the teacher! It seemed to happen overnight!
We decided it was time to get a van. The Pathfinder was nice, but with four little kids, I needed a more mommy friendly car. We ended up getting a Chrysler Town and country and I am so happy with all the room and how easy it is to get the kids in and out!
Ethan loved helping Daddy get the car ready to sell and look the camera inside to take pictures of his toy truck!
 Kids getting so big!
Isaac's kindergarten class graduation! We love his teacher Ms Brook!
Going out to lunch at the Hub after graduation. He made his shirt at school!

We went to Thomas the Train in May with our friends Jill, Gage and Gentry. Ethan and Gage met in March and loved playing with each other. They had gone to Lagoon the next week after this and Ethan had the time of his life! I am so glad he was able to have so much fun with Gage and make so many memories. On Fathers Day, Jill's family was in a horrible car crash and little Gage lost his life. His Mommy and Daddy were in really bad condition and little Gentry was fine. It has been a hard past few months for Gage's family and we pray that they can find peace at this time. Ethan is sad his friend is gone and asks about him often, they played so well together and understood each other so well. We miss you Gage!
